Authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to submit full papers by 18 May 2012. In following a peer-review process, accepted full papers will be published, at no charge, in "Chiang Mai Journal of Science", Journal of the Science Faculty of Chiang Mai University or "International Heat Treatment and Surface Engineering".
Papers whose authors do not attend the Conference and present them will not be included in the proceedings CD; also, papers authors who have not paid the registration fee by 18 May 2012 will not be included in the programme.
