As the world science and technology is rapidly advanced, Thailand, besides conducting the research and development domestically, need to also establish international cooperation such as co-research programs, technology transfer or staffs exchange between the parties as well as holding conferences and symposium for current technical issues in order to effectively develop science and technology knowledge in the future.
Such international collaboration is important mechanism to drive and support the organization in country relevance, international quality operation and global visibility.
Even though the progress in science and technology is globally expanded, such advancement and communication is still concentrated among the developed countries. Therefore, so as to raise the level of
Thailand science and technology development, international network must be established. The international cooperation, network and alliance will provide an opportunity for exchanging of staffs, knowledge and trend in advanced technology as well as a platform to showcase
Thailand science and development in the international community. The roles and recognition in the international forum will strengthen our objectives and create new cooperation.
