September 7, 2554 at Grand Hall 2 Rama Gardens Hotel Bangkok--National Metal and Materials Technology Center,King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Department Of Industrial Promotion, Energy Policy and Planning Office, Bangkok Mass Transit Authority, Petrogreen Co.,LTD, Scania Thailand Co.,LTD and PTT Public Company Limited organized the conclusion of “Demonstration Project of Thailand’s First Ethanol Bus”

The Demonstration Project of Thailand’s First Ethanol Bus was started from demonstration of using ethanol as fuel substitute for diesel for the large buses. Also to studied the advantages and limitations of the technology of engines that use the ED 95 in the environment of Thailand and to studied the feasibility of developing fuel additive of ED 95 , the economic evaluation of the country including the recommendation of the government to support for the use of ethanol. The project has been completed and ready to present to the corporate and social sectors who had been involved.

                  MTEC as a part in this project had shown the analysis test of ED 95 ,there were a lot of participants paid attention.
