The percentage of CaO continues to rise based on survey, resulting in even higher ash and wall slag built up. Therefore, the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand is interested in developing high-pressure water soot system for water wall boiler cleaning, a system for online cleaning ash accumulation of furnace walls at Mae Moh Power Plant.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px; color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Swallowing difficulty (often known as dysphagia) is\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">a disorder in the passage of food from oral cavity to other\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">organs in the digestive system resulting in swallowing\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">abnormalities. Dysphagia usually occurs with aspiration or\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">choking during swallowing and could cause dehydration\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">and nutrient deficiency eventually leading to malnutrition.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">The most serious complication of dysphagia is aspiration\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">pneumonia which is life-threatening.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Siam Modified Starch Co., Ltd. (SMS) is a global\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">leader of modified cassava starch industry. The company\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">had recognized the importance of developing food and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">beverage products for people suffering from dysphagia\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">in a form of thickening powder. This was intended to\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">accommodate the demands of patients with dysphagia\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">and the currently increasing elderly population in Thailand\u2019s\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">aged society.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">SMS had contracted with the National Metal and\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Materials Technology Center (MTEC) to study and analyze\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">the properties, especially rheological properties,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">of maltodextrin-based mixtures with the aim of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">developing thickening powders for dysphagia diets\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">at three viscosity levels conforming to the National\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Dysphagia Diet standard (NDD): nectar-like, honey-like, and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">pudding-like consistencies. The goal of the research was to\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">formulate and modify the thickening properties to match\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color:
