\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 On January 27, 2025, at UNISERV in Chiang Mai University, the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), represented by the National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chiang Mai University\u2019s Multidisciplinary Research Institute (MDRI) and UNISERV. The signing ceremony signifies a collaborative effort to advance academic research on BioChar for innovations in carbon sequestration.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The event was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Toemsak Srikhirin, Director of MTEC; Professor Emeritus Dr. Sanchai Jaturasitha, Director of MDRI; and Associate Professor Sate Sampattagul, Director of UNISERV. Together, they officially signed the MoU, reaffirming their commitment to advancing research on biochar derived from sorted wastes.
