The National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), led by Dr. Chaiwut Gamonpilas and the Food Materials Science (FOMT) research team, participated in the Asia IDDSI Conference 2025.   2. Texture-Modified Ready-to-Eat Meals \u2013 Formulated to meet IDDSI Levels 5\u20137, providing safe and accessible options for those with chewing and swallowing issues.<\/span><\/li>
  3.
