Oral Presentations<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Presentation Time<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Oral presenters will have 15 minutes (12 min talk + 3 min Q&A) for regular presentations, 30 minutes (25 min talk + 5 min Q&A) for invited presentations, 45 minutes (35 min talk + 10 min Q&A) for keynote presentations and 60 minutes for plenary presentations.<\/p>

Available Audio Visual Equipment\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Presentation room will be equipped with a notebook connected to LCD projector, laser pointer and microphone. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Please bring your presentation file (MS PowerPoint and PDF) stored in a standard media (USB) to the ICTA2022 staff in your presentation room during breaks prior to your presentation. Our staff will assist you to load your file on the conference computer. For those who wish to use their own notebook computers, please verify the compatibility before their sessions.<\/p>

Please note that our notebook will operate by Window 7 and be composed by MS Office 2010, VLC Player, Kcodec, Acrobat Reader, Winzip, IZarc and Xnview etc.<\/em><\/p>

Presenter Registration\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0All presenters are required to register for the conference by\u00a0November 7, 2022<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0to ensure that their abstracts will be included in the final program and the conference abstract book.<\/p>

Poster Guideline<\/strong><\/span>
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The complete text of your presentation can be found in the abstract book. Please post only the essentials. Restrict yourself to authors\u2019 names, title of presentation, an abstract and materials such as graphs, charts, tables and photographs that are necessary to communicate effectively the research findings to the audience.<\/p>

Poster Size<\/strong><\/span>
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A poster will be mounted on a PVC board with display space of 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).\u00a0The recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm, portrait (vertical))<\/strong><\/span>. All posters must be in English.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Poster sessions will be held at the Event Hall of the 2nd floor of IMPACT Forum, Bangkok.<\/p>
