Q&amp;A) for regular presentations, 20 minutes (17 min. talk + 3 min. Q&amp;A) for invited presentations, 25 minutes (20 min. talk + 5 min. Q&amp;A) and 35 minutes for plenary presentations.<\/p>\n<h4>Available Audio Visual Equipment<\/h4>\n<p>Presentation room will be equipped with a notebook connected to LCD projector, laser pointer and microphone.<\/p>\n<h4>Presentation Files<\/h4>\n<p>Please bring your presentation file (MS PowerPoint and PDF) stored in standard media (USB) to the ICTA2025 staff in your presentation room during breaks prior to your presentation. Our staff will assist you to load your file on the conference computer. For those who wish to use their own notebook computers, please verify the compatibility before their sessions.<\/p>\n<p><em>Please note that our notebook will operate by Window 10\/11 and be composed by Microsoft 365 or Office 2021, Windows Media Player, Microsoft Photos and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC etc.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>Presenter Registration<\/h4>\n<p>All presenters are required to register for the conference by <strong>30 September 2025<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure that their abstracts will be included in the final program and the conference abstract book.<\/p>\n<h4>Language<\/h4>\n<p>Please be advised that both oral &amp;
