1. Give us your advertisement in the program and abstract book as your package (Platinum & Gold: Full A4 page and Silver: half A4 page) by e-mail to tcpc2023@mtec.or.th by October 15, 2023.
2. Please register your delegates to the conference by online and inform us by e-mail to tcpc2023@mtec.or.th to waive the registration fee as your package (Platinum: 10 / Gold: 7 / Silver 5 and Exhibitor 3 persons) by October 15, 2023, you will get the correct badge for your team.
3. For your banquet ticket, we will distribute it on site. If you need more, the ticket price is 2,000 THB each.
4. For official provide furniture are 1 desk (80W *180L *80H), 2 chairs and 1 socket point 5 Amp. 220 Volts.
5. Installation: Wednesday, November 8^th between 6 – 8 AM (To be confirmed) and Removal: Thursday 9^th November between 3:30 – 5 PM
6. Please note that we will have the “Exclusive PR session” on 8^th November during refreshments, so, please feel free to prepare your speech for approximately 2 minutes.
7. Special for you to give a relaxing period in the banquet, if you would like to entertain the participants with some gifts or any game, please inform us by e-mail to reserve the time (first come first served). Please note that each company does not exceed 10 minutes.
