Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations before November 15, 2014 will receive full refund minus a 50% of a fee as an administrative charge. Cancellations later than November 15, 2014 will not receive any refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing by e-mail or fax. Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.

Remarks :

• All fees are in USD inclusive of 7% VAT.
• Regular registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, exhibitions, conference materials, lunches & refreshment and banquet.
• Full time students fee includes access to all scientific session, exhibions, conference materials, lunches and refreshment.
• A copy of student identification card must be sent with registration form, or fax to secretariat after completing on-line registration.
• National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC) is a government organization with 3% withholding tax exemption.
