<Tentative Program>

The 5th Biochar Consortium
“NbS & High Value Biochar Applications”
13 November 2026

<Onsite & online platform>

Objectives

Building on the success of the first four Biochar Consortium events, sustainable biochar production and utilization are essential to support Thailand’s Net Zero target and Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC). Both nature-based and high-value biochar applications will provide financial sustainability. The 5th Biochar Consortium @ MSAT 2026 aims to accelerate both applications in Thailand. The event serves as a collaborative platform to showcase cutting-edge research, foster cross-sector partnerships, and explore commercial avenues for biochar technologies in driving carbon removal and sustainable environmental practices.
