On December 24, 2024, at Thailand Science Park, Pathum Thani, the National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), hosted a delegation from the Thai Electroplating Network Association (TEPNET). The visitors were welcomed by Associate Professor Dr. Toemsak Srikhirin, Director of MTEC, and Dr. Ravipat Phudpong, Director of the Industry 4.0 Supporting Platform Group at NSTDA.

Presentations were delivered by Dr. Tongjai Chookajorn, a researcher in the Automated Materials Processing Team at MTEC, and Dr. Wanida Pongsaksawad, Head of the Corrosion Technology Research Team. Focusing on medical device development, essential standards, and collaboration, discussions were led by Dr. Naruporn Monmaturapoj and Dr. Sirasa Yodmongkol from the Medical Product Innovation Research Team in Room M506, MTEC Building. The visit facilitated discussions on joint research between MTEC and TEPNET, setting the stage for future collaboration.
