MTEC co-organized the ICTA 2019 academic conference at ASEAN Ceramic 2019

The National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation together with the Thai Ceramic Society and the Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University had organized an academic conference on ceramic technology in ASEAN Ceramic 2019. The Ceramic Industry Trade Show comprised more than 200 ceramic entrepreneurs from 36 countries. This event was held during August 28-30, 2019 at Impact Muang Thong Thani.

MTEC organized the “Para Grip Gloves” activity at the National Science and Technology Fair 2019

The National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC) had conducted the “Para Grip Gloves” activity in the National Science and Technology Fair 2019 by inviting children to paint the latex color on the gardening gloves, making the gloves stickier, less slippery and easily to grip. The theme of the Fair is “Science, Technology and Innovation: Inspiring Creativity for Better Living and Sustainability for Nation”.This event was held during August 16-25, 2019 from 9am – 7pm at Impact Exhibition and Convention Center (Hall 6-12), Muang Thong Thani.

A Thai representative joined the team that won the IDC RoBocon Championship at MIT

Sirindhorn Station Team which consists of Mr. Huthaned Virulsri, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, Miss Duangkamon Sayabut, Chulalongkorn University, Mr. Damronglit Thaeptham, Udonthani Rajabhat University and Mr. Pattakarn Lertpanyavit, Mahidol University is the champion of RDC 2019 and had participated in the International Robot Design Contest 2019 (IDC Robocon 2019) during July 28 – August 9, 2019 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.

MTEC participated in “The 5th Thai Rail Industry Symposium and Exhibition”

The 5th Thai Rail Industry Symposium and Exhibition: RISE 2019 was organized by The National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation together with Railway Technical Research Institute (RTRI) of Japan during July 10-12, 2019 at Grand Mercure Bangkok Fortune Hotel. The main concept of this event is “Bringing the Thai Railway Industry into the International Mainstream.”

MTEC organised Additive Manufacturing Workshop

The national metal and Materials Technology Center (M-Tech) hosted a “Additive Manufacturing Workshop” operating meeting. Dr. The Royal Treasure, deputy director of the National Metal and Material Technology Center, is the Chairman of the meeting for the Office of the company, with more than 130 participants including speakers from many countries such as the UK, Australia, Japan, Singapore and Thailand.

MTEC participated in NSTDA Annual Conference 2019

The National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) received grace from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn to preside over the opening ceremony of the NSTDA Annual Conference 2019, under the concept of “Moving Towards Thailand’s Future Economy with Science, Technology and Innovation.” This event had been held during March 25-28, 2019 at Thailand Science Park, Pathum thani.

To position itself as a key economic driver, the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Ministry of Science and Technology held the 15th annual academic conference or NAC 2019, during March 25-28, 2019 on the topic of “Moving Towards Thailand’s Future Economy with Science, Technology and Innovation.”
