Registration Information
- Registration will begin on June 22, 2026.
- Conference Registration fee for regular and delegate (local) type includes lunch, coffee breaks, a Welcome Reception, a Banquet Dinner, and an Excursion.
- Only main registrants (Early Bird or Regular delegates) may add an accompanying person to their registration (maximum of one per delegate; self-registration is not permitted). The student or accompanying person fee includes access to all presentation sessions and the Banquet. Students or accompanying persons who wish to participate in the excursion may do so for an additional fee of approximately 30 USD per person (to be paid during onsite registration on December 9, 2026).updated
