If you encounter any issues submitting your abstract through the system, you can submit it via email to gapc2026.tca@gmail.com (CC: peerapp@mtec.or.th), specifying your preferred presentation type (Oral or Poster).
Submission Guidelines:
- Complete your online registration.
- Submit your abstract via the portal. (Abstract template download link: DOC).
Note: Payment is not required until the Early Bird period starts on June 22, 2026.
All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English. Abstracts should be based on any of the topic areas listed in the section topics of this website or related areas.

Please follow the steps below for manuscript submission to JMMM (https://jmmm.material.chula.ac.th/index.php/jmmm/about/submissions):- Carefully follow the author guidelines provided on the JMMM website. Use the official manuscript template (if available), or format your manuscript according to the journal’s instructions. Submit your manuscript via the GAPC2026 Conference submission system using your registered account.
- All submissions will undergo an initial review by the Academic Committee of the GAPC2026 Conference.
- Authors of selected manuscripts will be notified by email and invited to submit their manuscripts directly through the JMMM online submission system. A cover letter must be included, stating: “This manuscript was presented at the GAPC2026 Conference, December 8-12, 2026, at The Empress Hotel, Chiang Mai, Thailand, Thailand (https://www.mtec.or.th/gapc2026).”
- Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by qualified experts in accordance with the journal’s peer-review process.
- Further updates regarding manuscript status will be communicated directly through the journal’s editorial system.
