About the conference
The 1st Geopolymers Asia-Pacific Conference: GAPC2026 will be held during December 8-12, 2026 at The Empress Hotel, Chiang Mai, Thailand by Thailand Concrete Association (TCA).
Conference Vision: the theme of this inaugural conference is “Toward Sustainable Binder Technologies for the Asia-Pacific Future”. We are establishing this forum with the intent of making the GAPC a biannual event, strategically scheduled to occur in the years between the ECI Geopolymer Conferences to ensure a continuous and consistent global dialogue within our community. At its core, GAPC aims to unite the global scientific community in a shared space — fostering meaningful networking, mentorship from leading experts to emerging researchers, and open discussion on the valorization and industrial applications of cold consolidated materials.
