Oral Presentation
Presentation Time:
Oral presenters will have 15 minutes (12 min talk + 3 min Q&A) for regular presentations, 25 minutes (20 min talk + 5 min Q&A) for invited presentations and 45 minutes (40 min talk + 5 min Q&A) for plenary presentations.
Please Note!! All oral presenters are required to download and fill out the Biography form and send it back to ICTA2015 conference secretariat

Available Audio Visual Equipment:
Each presentation room will be equipped with a notebook connected to LCD projector, laser pointer and microphone.
Presentation Files:
Please bring your presentation file (MS PowerPoint) stored in a standard media (USB or CD-ROM) to the ICTA2015 staff in your presentation room during breaks prior to your presentation. Our staff will assist you to load your file on the conference computer. For those who wish to use their own notebook computers, please verify the compatibility before their sessions.
Please Note!! that our notebook will operate by Window 7 and be composed by MS Office 2010, VLC Player, Kcodec, Acrobat Reader, Winzip, IZarc and Xnview etc.
Presenter Registration:
All presenters are required to register for the conference by August 20, 2015 (The early bird registration will be August 20, 2015) to ensure that their abstracts will be included in the final program and the conference abstract book.
Language:
Please be advised that both oral & poster presentations must be conducted in English only.
