Introduction:
Join us for the combined 15th Thailand Metallurgy Conference (TMETC15) and 5th International Thailand Corrosion Prevention and Control Conference (TCPC 2025). These conferences will serve as a dynamic platform for leading academics, researchers, and industry professionals to converge and exchange expertise on the multifaceted domains of metallurgy and materials. Under the overarching theme “Academic-Industrial Linkage Towards Innovative Metallurgy & Emerging Applications,” the events will foster collaboration and knowledge dissemination.
We cordially invite submissions for both oral and poster presentations, focusing on the latest innovations, trends, prospects, and challenges within the metallurgical sphere. Key areas of interest include Structure and Properties, Metal Processing, Corrosion Technology & Management and Metallurgical Industrial Applications & Solutions.
Conference Sessions:
- Energy Industry
- Infrastructure & Construction
- Manufacturing & Process Industries
- Transportation & Logistics
By bringing together diverse perspectives, TMETC-15 and TCPC 2025 aim to catalyze advancements and address critical issues across these vital sectors.
The 5th International Thailand Corrosion Prevention and Control Conference (TCPC 2025), a premier event dedicated to the crucial issues of corrosion technology and management across various industrial sectors that shape our modern world. As we navigate the evolving challenges of energy, transportation & logistics, infrastructure & construction, and manufacturing & process industries, the importance of effective corrosion prevention and control has never been greater. Corrosion impacts not only the longevity and reliability of critical assets but also plays a pivotal role in safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
In the energy sector, safeguarding pipelines, refineries, and power plants from corrosion is essential to maintaining uninterrupted service and meeting environmental and regulatory standards. In addition, corrosion has become a key issue of discussion regarding component integrity and safety in the new energy sector. The transportation and logistics industries face constant pressure to ensure the resilience of vehicles, ships, railways, and aircraft, all of which are susceptible to corrosion in harsh operational environments. Infrastructure and construction projects, from bridges to water treatment plants, demand durable materials and protective coatings to prevent deterioration and reduce maintenance costs. Similarly, in manufacturing and process industries, where precision and downtime are paramount, corrosion control ensures equipment longevity and supports continuous, safe operations. As technology fast developed, artificial intelligence (AI) will play a crucial role in corrosion prevention and control in the future.
